Job Summary:
The Statistical Test Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing statistical tests and methodologies to support data analysis and decision-making processes within the organization. This role requires a strong background in statistics, data analysis, and programming, along with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement statistical tests and methodologies to analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of statistical theories, concepts, and methodologies, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time series analysis, and experimental design.
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS.
- Experience with statistical software packages, such as SPSS or STATA.
- Solid understanding of data manipulation and analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets and identify meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in statistical analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
